Shorts is a new short-form video experience for creators and artists who want to shoot short, catchy videos using nothing but their mobile phones.
How to Use YouTube Shorts ?
Step 1: Check if you have access to the Shorts camera by tapping on the “+” icon (or the video camera icon on iOS) and select ‘Video’. If you see ‘Create a short video’ then you have access to the Shorts camera.
Step 2: In case you don’t have access to the Shorts camera yet, you can still upload your existing vertical videos that are less than 60 seconds using the hashtag #Shorts in the title or description.
Eligibility for YouTube Shorts ?
There is no eligibility for YouTube Shorts, You just create a YouTube Account and start uploading shorts either using Mobile app or as Direct Video, But make sure Short should be recorded in a Vertical (Portrait) mode
Even every Subscriber of your YouTube channel will gets notified once you uploaded a YouTube Short, As a Regular Video.
Uses of YouTube Shorts ?
YouTube Shorts videos are limited to 15 seconds. The app will give users access to use editing tools to do things like string multiple video clips together, use speed controls and timers, including Music: Pick from a selection of songs that are free to use.
The main Use of Shorts is to Explain the Useful matter in just few seconds without any Extra Topic (i.e., useless matter), Also you will get more traffic in YouTube Using Shorts
Is Shorts are max 15 seconds or less than 60Seconds ?
As per the YouTube app and selecting create a short tab you will only gets 15 seconds,
If you are Uploading a video from your Galley then you will get 60 seconds.
Does YouTube Shorts Gets Monetization ?
No,
YouTube shorts do not have Monetization Option Due to in just few seconds (15 seconds),
So, Ads may not be played in between the Short.
