How to verify AdSense account without PIN

Please note that we are unable to verify PIN manually until 30 days have passed since we’ve issued Our 3rd Mail PIN.

The link(Resend Option) to request a new PIN will appear in your AdSense account about 4 weeks after the last PIN was issued. (Before requesting a new PIN, make sure your Payment Address is correct as per the submitting documents as on Government Issued ID Cards or Bank Statement
If you fail to receive your 4th PIN, only then the PIN troubleshooter should lead you to a contact form (there you will be able to upload documents) else it will send you another PIN and automatically the pin will be verifies in 24 Hours

How to Troubleshoot Google AdSense PIN for Verification

Click on the above PIN Troubleshooter link the you will get the page as shown below

Select the Options on your Screen as shown above

Now click on Contact Us Link as shown above
Now you will get a tab as shown below

You have to fill in the following details:

Name: Enter your name as mentioned in the AdSense Account
Contact Email Address: Enter you email address where the verification status mail needs to be sent. This should be the email address on which AdSense Account is registered
Your AdSense Publisher ID: Enter your AdSense Publisher ID. You can find this in Settings->Account->Account Information
Submit an attachment: Upload scanned copy of Government ID document. This should have the same address which is mentioned in the AdSense account.

That’s it. Submit the form and wait for your address to be verified by Google. It might take 24 to 48 hours. So, you need to have patience.
